Four-Lane and Interstate Highway Access
Lawrence County is served by two interstate-caliber, four-lane divided highways. US Hwy 64 serves Lawrence County to the East and West. US Hwy 43 serves Lawrence County to the North and South.

The Tennessee Southern Railroad (TSRR) main line runs from Maury County to the Port of Florence on the Tennessee River. The Tennessee Southern Railroad interchanges with Class I carrier CSX Transportation in Maury County. The cross-dock facility located in Lawrenceburg has the ability to transload products between rail cars and trucks. The port facilities located in Florence provide intermodal services between the railroad, river barges, and trucks.
